Currently: Members are entitled to make and sell greeting cards and related products under the ReCardable brand. They may sell their designs in an online marketplace, at a POS location for their place of business. They may offer design services or assist in the sale of products at another’s place of business provided that the collection is small and made specifically for that business as a promo item. They may hold ReCardable “ReCard Night” events (like a Paint Night event) and share the entire Goat Pen community collection with their attendees for that event only. 

They may not enter into distribution deals with retailers using the ReCardable brand. They are not entitled to sell the designs of other ReCardable designers, even those in the Goat Pen community collection, without their permission. The exception to this is that they may use all community collection designs for ReCardable “ReCard Night” events.
