6. Community Guidelines
We encourage a respectful and positive community. By using the Services, you agree to follow our community guidelines, which include:
- Treating other users with respect and kindness.
- Refraining from posting content that violates the rights of others or is harmful to the community.
- Reporting any violations of these guidelines to Goat Pen.
- Goat Pen Dark has loose community standards. These standards are in place to promote free speech and free expression. If you have something to say that may violate standards of conduct in our open Goat Pens (aka discussions groups and forums) then you are expected to take it to Goat Pen Dark. Also, “what happens in the dark…stays in the dark”. Meaning, don’t bring the same attitude and freedoms you enjoy in Goat Pen Dark to the open forums.
- For open forums, we apply a reasonable person face-to-face standard. We expect conduct to be civil and collegial. Communicate with people like you would if you were face to face and if being a jerk had consequences. This means that you don’t use foul language, personal insults, personal attacks, sexual inuendo, jokes in poor taste, obviously racist or hateful rhetoric, sexist comments or otherwise asshole like behavior, trolling or shock-talk. If you are at all in doubt…simply “take the conversation to into the dark” by moving it to an appropriate Goat Pen Dark discussion group or forum.
7. Purchases and Payments
If you make a purchase through our Services, you agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
