The Guardrails
- G-Force Trainer Training must be free for Goat Pen members
- No sales funnels, no “free intros,” and no infomercials disguised as training
- CAVEATS: Promoting Paid training is fine — but only in designated areas. For example, you can provide links to your courses or sites in your trainer profile, member profile, and in approved promotional Pens. But, you are not allowed to spam the Goat Pen platform or your own trainer Pens with paid course offerings or memberships (like Skool). If you are a legit trainer or consultant there are plenty of other places on the platform for our members to learn about you.
- Goat Pen reserves the right to rescind your status at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
Why the Rules
- Keeps Goat Pen from being hijacked by meta-success gurus and content marketers disguised as trainers. We don’t want them here. If you want to do that you can go start a community on Skool.
- Ensures members get real training without pressure sales or spam.
- Protects community trust: If you do it right, the right students, sponsors, and opportunities will find you; if you spam, you’re gone.
- The bottom line is we don’t ever want our members to wade through junk training posts to find training. Nor do we want them to get harassed by the training version of a shady timeshare salesman.
- We want legit industry trainers, apprentices, journeymen and subject matter experts to contribute to their industry and to the Goat Pen community for free. And then, we want them to get handsomely rewarded by students, patrons, and sponsors.
