G-Force Multiplier: Influence That Actually Matters

The name says it all. “G-Force” and “Force Multiplier” packed into one role.
As a G-Force Multiplier you’re not chasing clout. You’re shaping conversations, boosting signals, and creating the spaces where other members connect. Some Multipliers are Trainers, Podsters, or FanChise operators. Some just want to contribute and build influence without other responsibilities. Either way, you get two big things:
1. You moderate Pens (groups).
Moderate an existing Goat Pen, or start a new one.
You’re the moderator — not the guru. (Other Multipliers will join you)
You set the topics, post where others can’t, and keep discussions alive.
Every Goat Pen has a Dark counterpart and you will moderate both.
2. You multiply the Goat Pen community’s reach.
Multipliers make connections happen — online and offline.
You are encouraged to work with other G-Force influencers to lead your tribe, coach, mentor, facilitate connections and share information across Goat Pen.
In addition, you are encouraged to arrange in-person events, training, meet-ups, potlucks, or networking nights and announce them in your Pens. We’ll help you promote them through our social channels.
You can also arrange for a small scale conferences, expos, jambos, and talks we call G-Force Multiplier X-Cons. You don’t need a big event center with tons of break-out rooms and a banquet at the end to have a meaningful and productive conference. You could rent a hall at the local fraternal lodge, use a parking lot, a park, someone’s lawn, invite a taco truck or boil some hot dogs. Invite vendors to attend. Run a Launcher or ask our sponsor network to help fund it. Just keep it within the guardrails below.

The Guardrails:
No sales-funnel spam. No fake guru games. If you arrange an event so you can pitch your paid consulting services like a shady timeshare salesman you will be kicked out of Goat Pen. If you operate a business, you may share your services on your profile and in approved spaces, but not in your Pens. This is about building community, not milking it. Services and events you offer as a G-Force Multiplier must be free to Goat Pen members. For meet-ups and X-Cons, voluntary cost sharing is allowed as long as it’s not required to participate. Sponsor support including reasonable speaker fees, honorariums, labor costs and reasonable event management fees are also permitted. Use this test….If it benefits the community and you get a little extra for your efforts then you’re within the guardrails. For larger events that may generate profit targeted at members of the Goat Pen community then you need to seek permission to use Goat Pen or G-Force branding.
