Currently, FanChisees are entitled to make and sell Phutaball kits as a cottage manufacturer. You are not entitled to use any large scale manufacturing to make and sell Phutzball kits or distribute them in any physical or ecommerce store other than outlets specifically intended for makers and cottage manufacturers. 

You may organize tournaments or leagues. You may use Phutzball for content. You may use Phutzball for party or carnival games or as learning sets for stem learning events. 

You may only sell Phutzball merchandise in conjunction with events or leagues and may not set up an online merch store for general Phutzball merchandise, only for league or event specific merch.

A member or group with influence such as a G-Force Trainer, Sponsor, G-Force Multiplier or Pen Pod that is using their position for personal gain, self-promotion, sales funneling or content marketing in a predatory way and not contributing to the community.
