Social media and community platforms are overrun by scammers, grifters, and people chasing influencer and guru status in an extractive way. Just like a riot, some people get caught up in it and some are leading it. Once in, these individuals can destroy the community experience and threaten security.

G-Force Trainer is the layer for people who help others learn through live, applied, and instructor-led experiences. Goat Pen’s primary focus is workforce training, though certain hobbies, crafts, and special-interest communities may also be a good fit.
What does not belong here is extractive “meta-success” content: hype-driven coaching, manifestation and mindset funnels, recycled marketing advice, or blueprints that promise success in AI, entrepreneurship, or business without helping people build practical skills or do meaningful work. To that end, membership as a G-Force Trainer is application or invitation only.

THE INTERACTIVE TRAINING LAYER
G-Force Live
G-Force Live is a lightweight discovery, interaction, and participation layer that can run alongside live training, livestreams, workshops, meetings, and events. It brings learning points, polls, quizzes, Q&A, resources, attendance, and certificates into one session experience without trying to replace the human delivery. The beta discovery layer is available now and all G-Force members have permission to list and share live events. Site visitors can discover your event by keywords, categories, and date/time filters. You can include your personal payments links for tips and voluntary patronage.
Problem
Live training is often duct-taped together from slides, video calls, forms, documents, sign-ins, and disconnected follow-up tools. The fragmented nature discourages livestreaming as an approved delivery method by certifying bodies like OSHA and CEU granting authorities.
What if?
What if any trainer could add an interactive layer to any live session—independent of the platform or delivery method—and deliver slides, media, resources, polls, quizzes, games, and other activities directly to participants while attendance and training documentation take care of themselves?

This is a mentoring role. You’re expected to post news, lead conversations, make introductions, and organize virtual or IRL events.
As a G-Force Multiplier you’re not chasing clout. You’re shaping conversations, boosting signals, and creating the spaces where other members connect by moderating a pen.
You can moderate an existing Pen or recommend a new one.
As Goat Pen grows, you can expect to be joined by other Multipliers.
We encourage what we call Bootstrapped Pirate Social. This means you should use whatever platforms you can to get the job done and pirate their airwaves if needed. Don't let a platform choice be the bottleneck. If it makes more sense for you to run a community in a FB group or Discord server, you're perfectly free to do that. Goat Pen then becomes a discovery layer and filter with contact in the Pen being closer to you and better filtered than you and your members would get in an open social environment. The only thing we don't permit is using Goat Pen strictly as a funnel for your paid community and for upsells. If you're not providing free community and mentoring services to the Goat Pen community we have no use for you. Of course you can promote paid content and consulting services within the platform terms and conditions. But, engaging in clear bait and upsell tactics is predatory and will not be tolerated.

Goat Pen Dark is an intentionally separate experimental social space and pressure-relief valve. It is a place for sharper humor, darker material, rougher edges, uncomfortable discussion, alternate personas, and expression that does not belong in the main ecosystem.
Unfiltered does not mean without boundaries. Participation still requires consent, lawful conduct, clear separation from the main spaces, and rules against abuse, exploitation, threats, or targeted harm.

A single social environment cannot safely or honestly hold every tone, persona, joke, conflict, or form of expression.
What if?
What if a clearly separated space could absorb pressure without setting the culture or expectations of the main ecosystem?

Bootstrapped Pirates unite under the Goat Pen Flag!
It's an attitude. Bootstrapped means you rely on yourself and just do it. Direction, details, polish, funding...you solve for them on the fly. Pirate means you use (and maybe even abuse a little) all the free and low cost platforms and resources you can. You don't have to build your own station if you can pirate the airwaves. There is something almost noble about pirates. Captain Jack Sparrow was a scoundrel, but there was also something to admire.
Being a Bootstrapped Pirate is also a strategy. The platform landscape is in constant motion. Creators built their livelihoods on TikTok only to almost lose it. AI is accelerating and exacerbating the uncertainty. If you have to build your home on a shifting foundation, do it intentionally.
Of course Goat Pen has a home and a platform of our own, but we built on free and open source tools and custom coded TF out of it with AI. G-Force Live doesn't rely on any streaming platform, it will run alongside any of them...or none at all. Consistent with that philosophy, if you build a community or a following, you won't be forced to build on Goat Pen. Use existing social or streaming platforms. Pirate the airwaves from TikTok, YouTube, Google Meet. Build with Google Sites or on Discord or Substack.
We'll keep building the tools they won't and we invite you to build them too.
