About Me
I’m an organizational development and training professional with 14 consecutive years of experience in the operational Coast Guard. I was a Coast Guard Master Training Specialist and taught both instructional design and instructor development. I’ve designed and delivered courses for Pacific Gas and Electric, specifically concerning field safety for there Electrical Vegetation Management Division. I’ve worked as a consultant for the Tree Industry training company Academy Trained, LLC. I’m a founding member and engineer for the Two Tree Guys podcast. I’m an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for General Industry. And, I’m the founder of the Goat Pen platform.
