To Bust the OSHA Online Training Oligopoly & Improve Training Quality and Access for America’s Workforce

The issue is that OSHA has restricted competition, blocked innovation, and sanctioned low quality self-paced online OSHA 10/30 Courses by granting exclusive access to a small oligopoly of online training providers and has done so since October of 2019. These providers offer poor quality self-paced training at a price and convenience that independent Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainers cannot compete with.Â
Complaints to OSHA by Authorized Trainers have resulted in threats by OSHA to remove the instructors training authorization.Â
