  • Paid memberships is in fact the single best deterrent against scammers and spammers in our community.
  • All memberships are non-refundable. We consider Patron Memberships as perks for donating to support the community and our projects. We keep our membership pricing low and endeavor to deliver as much value as possible to our members while also providing limited resources free to non-members. Having a customer service team on call to address any and all issues for a low cost membership is not consistent with offering a low cost membership. Therefore, we simply don’t offer refunds.
  • In lieu of a donation, you may elect to receive your membership by purchasing a minimum of $59.99 of select merch, gifts, events, courses and other products through our company store. We use Print on Demand (POD) services for our merch. Refunds for Merch are handled in accordance with the POD provider’s policies and are usually restricted to refunds or exchanges for damaged or faulty goods. Returning POD goods for a refund will result in membership cancellation.
